Each holistic session is uniquely tailored and may involve chakra balancing, aura repair, grounding alignment, energy clearing, ancestral healing, past life release, timeline integration, and elemental healing. We also sometimes incorporate colour therapy, crystal healing, and sound therapy to enhance the healing process.
